about: On Monday 27th October 2008 I travelled to the island of Jura. There, I spent five very cold days living alone in a big old house, with my guitar, a piano, a tin whistle, a small set of pan pipes and some recording equipment. The six pieces on this album were all recorded live during these five days on Jura.
All tracks on ‘I Laid Alone By The Sound Of Jura’ were played and recorded by Alastair Black between the 27th and 31st October 2008.
